myArb

Privacy Policy

Effective date: April 26, 2026

What we collect

We collect your email address solely to verify that you are a member of the Plaintiff's bar. We do not collect your name, firm, bar number, or any other identifying information.

How ratings are stored

All arbitrator ratings are stored anonymously. Your email address is never attached to any rating you submit. We store only an anonymized user identifier linked to your ratings — no one, including us, can trace a specific rating back to a specific attorney.

What we show publicly

Only aggregate scores are displayed — and only after a minimum threshold of ratings has been reached. No individual rating is ever shown. No commenter is ever identified.

Who can see your data

No one. We do not sell, share, rent, or disclose your personal information to any third party. We do not share data with FINRA, the SEC, arbitrators, or any law firm.

Server location

Our servers are located outside the United States. Data is not subject to U.S. subpoena or FINRA administrative process.

Data retention

We retain your email address for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing [email protected].

Children

myArb is intended for licensed attorneys only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above will reflect the most recent revision.

Reporting inappropriate content

To report a review you believe is inappropriate, abusive, or false, email [email protected]. We review all reports and will remove content that violates our guidelines. Users who submit abusive content may be blocked from the platform.
