Access and eligibility
myArb is a research platform for licensed attorneys and legal professionals. Access is by invitation or application only. You must be a licensed attorney or work under the supervision of one to use this service.
Data and research use
All data presented on myArb is derived from public FINRA arbitration records. Reports and analysis are provided for informational and research purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes legal advice or a guarantee of outcome in any arbitration proceeding.
No attorney-client relationship
Use of myArb does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Diogenes Group or any of its affiliates. The platform is a research aid, not legal counsel.
Acceptable use
You may use myArb data for your own legal practice and client matters. You may not redistribute, resell, or republish myArb reports or underlying data without written permission. Automated scraping or bulk export is prohibited.
Arbitrator ratings
Ratings submitted through the arbitrator rating feature are anonymous and voluntary. You agree to submit only truthful ratings based on your direct experience in FINRA arbitration proceedings. Ratings that are defamatory, false, or submitted in bad faith may be removed.
Accounts and access
Your account is for your personal professional use. Do not share login credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or for any conduct we determine is harmful to the platform or its users.
Payments and refunds
Purchased credits and Deep Dive Reports are non-refundable once generated. If a report fails to generate due to a system error, contact us and we will issue a credit.
Limitation of liability
myArb is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding the completeness or accuracy of FINRA data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Diogenes Group is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
